PAH continues to pursue its mission of providing affordable housing to low-income and elderly residents with the help and support of the Board of Directors. The current board is comprised of four professionals with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate financing, development, investment, and management.

George S. Dury | President
In 1987, George Dury founded the commercial real estate brokerage firm, Dury Investment Group, with the goals, objectives and principals of providing strong advocacy and, the most comprehensive, competent representation to each client regardless of the size of complexity of their needs. George was elected to the PAH board and currently serves as the board president.

R. Douglas Sylvester | Treasurer
Doug is the Former Managing Principal of House Investments, a real estate investment firm operating since 1978. Doug also has served, and serves, on the boards and committees of Providence Cristo Rey High School and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.

Amy J. Burmeister | Secretary
Amy Burmeister has specialized in the sale and redevelopment of income-producing properties and special urban projects since 1999. She has been involved in the sale of nearly $1.5 billion of multi-housing product and investment offerings throughout Indiana and the Midwest region. In addition to brokerage advisory, Amy has played a key role in the issuance of RFPs for various mixed-use development projects throughout Indiana. Amy was elected to the PAH board in 2010.

Katie Marschke| Member at Large
Katie Marschke grew up in the Chicago suburbs but after attending Purdue University, made Indianapolis her home. Although Katie earned her Bachelors in Hospitality Management, focusing on restaurants, she decided to save her passion for food as a hobby and make a career from something else she was good at – arguing. Katie is a civil litigation attorney at a large law firm in Indianapolis, assisting corporations and individuals alike in real estate, commercial, employment, and health benefit disputes. Katie became a member of the Partnership for Affordable Housing board in 2017.

Andie Friedman, CPA | Member at Large
Andie Friedman is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Services
Group, since 1989. Andie specializes in tax consulting, structuring and compliance for owners and developers of all types of real estate. Andie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University. Andie is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, and IndyCREW – Indianapolis Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women. She serves as a board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, Congregation Beth-El Zedeck, the Regenstrief Foundation, and the Integrating Women Leaders Foundation, where she also serves on the executive committee. Andie was elected to the PAH board in 2020.

Matt Gadus, CPA | Director
Matt joined Partnership for Affordable Housing, Inc. in 2017. Matt’s primary responsibilities include project development, community outreach, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. He is also extensively involved in identifying and securing funding sources for individual projects and the organization as a whole. Matt attended Purdue University where he received a Bachelor of Science from the Krannert School of Management with a Major in Accounting and Management. Prior to joining Partnership for Affordable Housing, Inc., Matt worked in the Construction and Real Estate Practice of BKD, LLP for over six years.

Mindy Brown | Assistant Director
Mindy Brown was appointed as the Assistant Director of PAH in 2016. Mindy has over 20 years of Administrative Support experience in various professional settings, and is currently the Office Manager for House Investments. Mindy provides organizational and administrative support assistance to the PAH Board of Directors, as well as assistance in Grant Writing and Community Outreach.
